Our Coaches at Critical Mass GYM conduct engaging group classes that not only help individuals to get into the best shape of their lives but also offer them an opportunity to interact with like-minded people, foster new friendships, and enhance their socialization skills. These group classes, which are 45 minutes long, are led by our Coaches who are specially trained to lead group fitness classes for people of all ages and fitness levels, including children, adolescents, and adults.
We have partnered up with Primetime of Eatontown and The Arc of Monmouth where the Day Program participants have a community trip to our facility for a 45 min workout program that offers a wide range of obstacles and exercises to keep them constantly engaged with each other and staff!
Critical Mass Coaches also bring equipment to Day programs and provide a 45 minute workout on the premises.
Critical Mass GYM staff possess excellent abilities in interacting with individuals of various ages who have conditions such as autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, spina bifida, multiple sclerosis etc. We are highly knowledgeable in communication techniques and can establish good relationships, reduce emotional disturbances, and enhance socialization with others.
